Information before payment

The service is a one-hour initial oral legal consultation at the office, by telephone or by video. The total fee is TRY 4,000, payable by bank transfer. Litigation representation and separately agreed services are outside the scope of this appointment. The service takes place at the time confirmed in writing by the office after payment and availability checks.

If an appointment cannot be confirmed and no alternative date is agreed, the payment received will be refunded.

For distance contracts that qualify as consumer transactions, there is a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion of the contract. You can send written withdrawal notice to the address above or via WhatsApp to +90 545 271 78 05. Following a valid withdrawal, the payment received will be refunded in accordance with the law within 14 days after receipt of the notice.

Please notify the office at least three hours before the appointment if you wish to cancel or change the date. When rescheduling, your payment is applied to a mutually confirmed replacement appointment instead of being refunded.

For late notice or non-attendance, the treatment of the previous payment and any new meeting fee is assessed under applicable law and the specific circumstances and explained in writing before a new appointment. No automatic forfeiture applies.

This option is voluntary and is not preselected. Checking the box or making payment alone does not remove the right of withdrawal. Your preference for an early start will be discussed with the office when confirming the appointment.
